Msg left stated that information is time sensitive and I needed to return the call ASAP. Also stated if I don't return the call, then he wishes me good luck with the events that might unfold. I called but it keeps going to a generic VM.

This is a marketing company that will not reveal its' name. calling the number reaches a voicemail that indicates if you would like to be removed from their preferred list, you can add your number to their do not call list. My number is already registered with the Federal do not call list

They called me and asked to check if I wanted to continue receiving a trade magazine for free.

I just called the number back and talked to a represenative. He called me a "dumb ass" and told me we would meet in court. I told him to do what he needed to do and I will be more that glad to discuss the matter in court. I have no idea what "collection" matter he is refering to, only it wasnt me and my number was given as a contact.
